Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing electrical systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site assessments, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to procure necessary materials and equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Registered Electrical Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in building services.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit MEP, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of Kenyan electrical codes, regulations, and approval processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
